In Brief:
The Invenesis zebrafish development assay measures the effect of compounds on developing embryos of Danio rerio.
Individual eggs are distributed in wells of 96 well plates together with the treatment formulated in DMSO. Plates are then incubated for 75h to allow the development of fish until they hatch. The effect of compounds is measured as % mortality and % development defects.
